How to use our Map and Calendar

 

 

 

Our new Map and Calendar - finding a Refund Point in FNQ made easy!

We are very excited about the implementation of our new interactive Map and Calendar to our webpage to help all our valued customers find they nearest Containers For Change Refund Point and stay up to date with scheduled times and updates - which is especially handy in the wet season when we may not be able to make it to your location due to the weather conditions.

Here are Steps 1 to 4 to guide you in your recycling journey:

1. Auswaste - Containers For Change FNQ

Just go to www.auswasteservices.com and click on Containers For Change tab at the top of the page or click here.

 

2. Finding your nearest point

Scroll down the page and you will find a Calendar button,

 

then information about our two depots

 

and then a Map showing all our Container Collections Points in Far North Queensland.

 

Our Depots are marked in orange,

and our Mobile Refund Points are marked in green.

 

3. Get more information about a specific depot or refund point

You can move the map to locate a point, then click on the green or orange marker. This will show further information including the opening hours of that particular point displayed in the top left corner.

All Mobile Points are run on a fortnightly basis, so make sure to check our Calendar for updated days and times.

 

4. Locating the correct Opening Hours - Your key to staying on track using the fortnightly mobile collection points

Finding the correct or updated opening times for each point is simple:

Either click on the orange Calendar button located at the top of the Auswaste Containers For Change page or scroll down to the Calendar. You can navigate the Calendar to see the opening hours of our Depots and Mobile Refund Points in Far North Queensland.

 

The Calendar is updated frequently and will reflect current conditions. A point may be marked as for example “Cancelled” if the area cannot be accessed for instance due to challenging weather condition that may not make it possible for us to open the Mobile Refund Point.

If you like to add our calendar to your personal google calendar and be notified of updates regarding our

points please click the +Google Calendar button below the calendar (see picture)
